As such, Pure Radiance does not offer returns or refunds, so please carefully review all product details before placing an order.

Damaged Items in Transit:

While we do not accept returns or refunds for products not damaged during shipping, we make every effort to ensure that products arrive in excellent condition. All products ordered through our website, www.pureradiancestore.com, are packaged using secure and protective materials, including:

• Bubble Wrap: Each item is wrapped in a bubble sheet for protection.
• Thermocol Packing: For glass items, we add thermocol on all sides inside the carton box.
• Dense Carton Box: Items are placed in a durable box with a gum packing tape seal.

Return Policy for Damaged Items:

If an item arrives damaged due to a packing error on our part, we will replace it at no cost to you. Please notify us within 2 days of receipt by emailing our support team. A video of the damaged package may be requested to process the replacement.

Return Process for Damaged Items:

• Contact us via email within 2 days of receiving your order.
• Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.
• Replacements will be processed within 3-5 business days of receiving the damaged product and delivered within 15 business days.
• Once refund is approved, it will be credited to the original payment method within 5-7 business days

Eligibility for Returns:

• Applies to Orders on www.pureradiancestore.com: We accept returns only for items purchased directly through our website.
• 7-Day Return Window: Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

How to Initiate a Return:

• Provide your order number, product name, and reason for return.

Return Authorization (RA):

Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return authorization (RA) number and return instructions. Please do not return any product without an RA number.

Packing and Shipping:

• Ensure the product is securely packed in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation.
• Mark the order ID and RA number on the package.

Inspection and Refund:

Once we receive the returned product, it will be inspected. If eligible, the replacement will be processed within 3-5 business days or delivered within 15 business days.

Cancellation Policy:

• 24-Hour Cancellation Window: Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, orders are processed and cannot be cancelled.
