• Original Condition & Packaging: All items must be returned in their original condition, including the original packaging from delivery.
• Opened or Used Products: Products that have been opened or used are not eligible for refunds.
• Same-Day Notification: Any issues with the received goods should be reported via email on the day of delivery.
• Return Timeframe: Returns must be initiated and items returned within 7 days from the date of receipt.
• Non-refundable Charges: Shipping and packaging fees are non-refundable.
• Return Responsibility: Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs and assume the risk for the return process. Only the product value will be refunded.
